Notice of Revised Assessment

Each year, the Will County Supervisor of Assessments may publish Notices of Revised Assessment in local newspapers or mail them directly to property owners in mid-August. These notices inform property owners of changes to their property's assessed value for the upcoming assessment year.

Important: The Notice of Revised Assessment is not a tax bill. It simply establishes the assessed value that will be used to calculate your future property tax bill.
