 Hi. I'm trying to understand why there's a 8.32% change in the assessed value of my condo. How much will my property taxes go up with this change? I am on a very fixed income and if the increase in property tax is too much, I might have to consider moving which I don't want to do. There have been no property improvements here to warrant the increase in the assessed value. Please help me figure this out as soon as possible so I know what I have to do.

 Morning, I have a question & until I received my escrow from my mortgage company yesterday my taxes have increased again this year. I am trying to find out why & looks like I am a little late but his is my second full year in my New Built house & assessed up again. This is back to back increases & really starting to affect us.
